Future First Criminal Law is a criminal defense and DUI law firm in Phoenix, Arizona. This policy covers futurefirst.law and the ways you reach us from it: web forms, phone calls, text messages, email, live chat and appointment booking.

Our record removal site, azrecordremoval.com, is owned and run by the firm and carries its own privacy policy.

Information you give us

When you fill out a form, book a consultation, call, text, email or chat with us, we collect what you send. That usually includes:

• Your name, phone number and email address.
• The city, court and charge involved, and anything else you tell us about your situation.
• Your preferred language and how you would like us to contact you.
• Payment details when you hire us. Card numbers go directly to our payment processor. We do not store them.

What you tell us about your case is confidential. Contacting us does not by itself make you a client. See our terms and conditions for how an attorney-client relationship is formed.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, our systems record your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the site or ad that brought you here, and the date and time. Cookies and similar technologies make this possible. Most of it does not identify you by name.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described here.

• Service providers that run our practice: case management and intake software, phone and text messaging, email, scheduling, payment processing, document storage, and the analytics and advertising tools listed in section 3. They handle your information for us and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
• Courts, prosecutors and others as needed to represent you, and only with your authorization.
• When the law requires it, such as a subpoena or court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our clients, staff or others.

Phone numbers and consent collected for text messaging are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

Message frequency varies with the type of communication. You may receive up to 2 messages per week about your appointments or case status.

Fees

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier's plan. Fees can differ for messages sent domestically or internationally.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. You can also call or email us and ask to be removed from our messaging list. If you do not want text messages, leave the SMS consent box on our forms unchecked.

We keep inquiry records for as long as they are useful to answer your question or follow up with you. Client files are kept for as long as the Arizona Rules of Professional Conduct and our engagement agreement require, then securely destroyed.

We use encrypted connections, access controls and reputable providers to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Children

This website is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors through it. When a parent or guardian contacts us about a minor's case, we collect that information from the adult.

Links to other websites

Our pages link to courts, government agencies and other resources we do not control. Their privacy practices are their own. Read their policies before sharing information with them.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy we post the new version here and update the date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
