Everything published here, including blog posts, guides and case results, is general information. It is generally limited to Arizona law or United States law and is not a substitute for advice about your own situation.

Contacting us does not make you a client

Sending us a form, email, text or chat message, or booking a consultation, does not create an attorney-client relationship. That relationship is formed only when you and the firm both sign a written engagement agreement.

What you tell us about your case is still treated as confidential. How we handle it is described in our privacy policy.

Laws change and content ages

Statutes, rules and court decisions discussed on this site are subject to change and to interpretation. We make a reasonable effort to keep pages current, but unless a page says otherwise we do not represent that its information is complete or up to date, and we are not liable for errors, omissions or outdated content.

If you find something outdated or inaccurate, tell us through our contact page so we can review it.

Past results

Case results and client reviews on this site describe past matters. Every case turns on its own facts, and a past outcome does not predict or guarantee the outcome of your case.

Links and third parties

Some links on this site lead to resources maintained by courts, agencies and other third parties. We are not responsible for their content. We provide no warranty about the availability of those links and do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or reliability of anything you reach through them.

A reference to a product, service or company by name does not mean the firm endorses or recommends it.

Use of our content

The text, images, video and design on this site belong to Future First Criminal Law or are used with permission. You may read, print and share pages for personal, non-commercial use with the source credited. Copying content for another business or website requires our written permission.

We may update these terms. The current version is always posted here with the date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
