3 Ways To Avoid Jail In Arizona

2) Have your charges reduced down to a reckless driving. A reckless driving charge is a common reduction of a DUI charge. It’s very hard to get this approved but a reckless driving charge does not require jail. 

3) When you get arrested if the officer takes you to jail right then and there, which is rare. If you already have served more than eight hours in jail then that will count as your time served for jail meaning you don’t have to do any extra jail if you only get sentenced to one day.
