Interest of Justice Argument

 What does that mean?

If you’ve ever had a lawyer they might argue in the interest of justice, when we file motions it’s our last resort where we tell the judge our case might have no other legal reason to be right but in the “Interest of Justice” we want to still win our argument. This is usually not the best thing that you can argue but if we have nothing else to argue and improve our point with then this is what we’re gonna do as a last resort.
